I had the opportunity to work with Seth, Amos, Chris Kavanaugh and Stefan, who actually provided the excellent labor. All were polite and professional. Stefan did the labor completely alone. He was in my home for several hours over a couple of days, always polite and respectful. The job was enormous due to plumbing issues not up to standard 30 years ago. Stefan was superb in problem solving, drilling, digging, laying the pipes, pouring the concrete, etc. He always responded, "No problem, it is going great", when asked a question or how it was going. He was positive even when it seemed overwhelming. He hit several obstacles due to previous complications. He was professional in every aspect. He was always polite, respectful of my home, immaculate in cleaning up every single day. He actually mopped my hardwood floors, which looked better than before he started the job. For me, as a homeowner, the job seemed stressful, but Stefan's demeanor and confidence in his work decreased the stress level. He kept me informed and did a superior job!. I was impressed with his attitude, job knowledge, and problem solving skills for a very challenging plumbing job. I would 100% recommend Snyder's.
I have utilized Snyder for Plumbing, Electric, and Air Conditioning and could not recommend them more highly!
I’m very satisfied with Snyder and the technician that did the job. He showed up early and did the work and was very quiet I didn’t even know he was here. I was writing a text message letting him know that he can just start the job without talking to me because I was working at home and couldn’t take the time to talk to him and if he needed to talk to him my break is in a couple hours and I just sent the message and he walked in the door and said he was finished I was impressed and the price was reasonable and because of his professionalism I will be contacting Snyder to get a AC check up. I’ve never had to deal with plumbers and dreaded getting an estimate because I figured it without be outrageous but the price was so good I didn’t hesitate to hire them
i am very happy with the services i was provided, i can see the excellent job they did each time i walk through. the people who did the work for me and my family did really well. they were polite and professional. this has been well worth the time and effort to get Snyder to complete for me.
Well, with one issue they were exceptional (HVAC) On the next call, (water softener) they didn’t show up. Disappointing considering it’s Friday evening now and I either wait out the weekend in a Florida summer or pay weekend rates. 👎👎👎👎👎
