Jose from maintenance is awesome! My AC unit froze up and he was at my apartment in under 20 minutes and he had a portable unit in my apartment within another 10 minutes. He was not only helpful and quick, but funny too.
Huge thank you to Zak for taking me on a last minute property tour yesterday. This guy is awesome, was willing to stay late on a Friday night to show me all of the different units available in order to find me a perfect fit, was very knowledgeable about the community and apartments. All of the units we looked at were in great condition, very clean, which was a pleasant surprise as Ive heard from reviews there were issues with pests, but it seems as though Zak and team have been working hard to improve this community. Nothing but good things to say about the community and Zak. If you have a chance to work with him specifically, I highly recommend it.
Expensive for the layout; they shut the water off at least once a week. I have told them 3 times before and after switching over management about a soft spot in our ceiling, to no avail. We have called several times about the security lights out front, while it is not an unsafe area, they have not fixed the lights and our cars have been broken into on more than one occasion. If you have the money to spend I recommend somewhere else.
Jose is the best maintenance worker ! He was here quick, done quick, and super nice throughout the whole thing !! :)
I lived in the reserves 2015-2018 (duplex on the NE side) Staff was ALWAYS responsive, helpful, and friendly. Never had a problem with the staff. My apartment was on the old side but had an updated kitchen (great for me) and I'm not too picky. I also had a huge cockroach infestation but I blame my last tenant for that. Took 6 months to finally get rid of them after traps and bait. Didn't bother me as they slowly turned up less. Just handle pest control yourself and if it gets out of hand, I'm sure the staff can help out! PERFECT location since it's close to publix, tinseltown theatre, and St Johns Town Center! I sincerely recommend this place for its location, mid-range price, and excellent staff.
