Did a pickup order and while eating realized some of my mussels were dead before being cooked. Immediately stopped eating and still ended up with food poisoning. Passed three crab places to get here with the intent that I wouldn’t have a bad experience and it turned out to be awful.
I have been here multiple times and always enjoy it. Recommend going during off times to avoid the crowds. Just a heads up groups of 6+ get a 18% gratuity added to the check.
I came in for the first time last night and was immediately greeted by incredibly nice staff. My server, Kayla, was very patient and attentive with me while I looked at the menu, and gave me great recommendations on the menu. I had never eaten seafood before last night and she made the experience very positive for me. Overall the food was delicious and the experience was just as good. I will definitely be returning in the near future.
Omg I absolutely LOVED the food! It was big, juicy and FRESH!!!! The only mishap was the potatoes were too soft and our waitress went a long while without checking on us. Other then that, 1,000/10!
I had a wonderful experience at Crafty Crab. Tammy provided outstanding service from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always refilled and that we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and genuine customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, and Tammy checked on us regularly without being intrusive. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers. We will definitely be back, and we hope to have Tammy as our server again. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Tammy’s exceptional service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
