I can’t say enough good things about Crabtree Plumbing. We recently discovered a water service line leak in our yard and were preparing ourselves for a stressful and expensive repair. Once we identified the issue, I contacted Clay at Crabtree to discuss the issue and schedule a repair estimate. He said the office would contact me for scheduling and within minutes Stephanie (who is the most pleasant person you will speak to!) called to get me on their schedule. Two crew members were out to the house the very same day to provide a definite diagnosis and estimate. Unfortunately, they couldn’t pinpoint the leak and had to have leak detection scheduled, which Crabtree immediately coordinated. Unfortunately, leak detection couldn’t make it out until the next morning since it was already late in the day and the final repair wasn’t able to be scheduled until the day after. However, once leak detection located the problem area, Crabtree went above and beyond by fitting us into their schedule the very same day so we wouldn’t have to spend another night without water. The repair was completed professionally, the technicians were honest, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process, and they took the time to explain what they found and how they were fixing it. What impressed me most was the value. For a leak repair that easily could have turned into a much larger and more expensive project, the final cost was very reasonable. From the quick response time to the quality of the work and fair pricing, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Crabtree Plumbing enough! Tony was prompt, professional, and very honest about the scope of the repair. Beyond doing top-tier plumbing work, he showed incredible thoughtfulness by securing a temporary patch over the opening so our curious cats stayed safe until drywall repairs. It’s rare to find technicians who treat your home with that kind of care. Five stars all around for Tony and the Crabtree team!

I required a natural gas line connection for a new dryer. They dealt with it cleanly and checked the existing connections while they were there. Everything was explained, they had fair pricing for a gas-line job. I would use them again for any future gas work.
