Consumer BEWARE!!!! The owner of this business is not someone you want to conduct business with. I am a construction professional and used this company on a remodel job on Jax Beach. His guys accidentally broke the mounting arms on the back encasement of my split unit AC, that I had hired them to reinstall. 3months later it completely fell off the wall. First thing the owner said when I contacted him was, “they don’t make a part for that, you will need a whole new unit”, then he was really surprised when I told him I had already ordered the part and it was on its way! (First red flag) He then agreed to send his guys out to replace the broken part when the new one arrived. When the part arrived he sent me an invoice to come out and do the work.(second red flag) I assumed it was a mistake but couldn’t believe it when he told me it was not a mistake and that he was charging me for the work!!! When I reminded him that his guys were the ones that caused the damage in the first place he came up with every reason under the sun why he couldn’t warranty his work! Final red flag) TRULY UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Individuals like this that don’t stand behind their work and try to weasel their way out of responsibility are not the kind of contractors you want to do business with. I didn’t even need him to fix it but hoped he was a man of integrity and would stand behind his work. I never once even mentioned the $200 it costed me for the new part that his guys broke! I don’t have patience for people like this which is why I paid for it and fixed it myself, but most individuals cannot do that which is why I wanted to warn others.

High Quality Installation and outstanding follow up Brent and his team from the office staff and field tech provided great service and follow up.Our challange was to replace both a 5 tom HVAC heat pump and AV along with air cleaning system, did I mention a chain to assist with install, Brent team handled everything, from quote, permit, product selection and advise to install and follow up When you find a good service provide you sahr ewith friends, when you experiance great service, tell everyone! BTW: He handled everything while I was in Chicago Cooler Bear is the coolest!

Dylan did an excellent job cleaning our AC and getting our Heating running during Jax’s coldest day in our lifetime! They’re quick to respond and working with Brent is a breeze. He keeps in touch and on schedule for cleaning. I have found this company to be honest, affordable, and great to work with. Thanks!
