A1A Heat & Air

Called late on Friday of holiday weekend. Call was answered immediately. The person who took the call was extremely pleasant listened to what the issue was and was very accommodating. The Technician John who arrived as scheduled was beyond thorough researching and addressing the issue. Going forward I will be utilizing their service.

I cannot remember the woman who answered the phone but she was exceptionally professional and pleasant. She said that they were pretty booked that day but got me on the calendar. John the technician showed up in the earlier part of the schedule window and quickly diagnosed the problem. And within the hour had the problem fixed and got cool air pumping into the house. Once again, and as always A1A Heat & Air delivered incredible service at a very reasonable price. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service. They are my first call to get a quote for a new unit. You are in great hands with these folks. They are simply the BEST!

They are great to work with. They clean up after they are done. While he was here I had him clean my dryer vent. They take before and after pictures to show you what was done. Give you suggestions to help with your unit and what they will give a specific look at the next visit.

This is the GO TO Team! From the first phone call with a lovely lady helping me schedule AC help asap to John (field tech) arriving within 30 minutes of my 3 hour window. Everyone was communicative, direct and efficient. Easy peasy!
