So happy Cook Out is finally in Jax, it’s just as good as I remember from South Carolina! Here is what we got: My Order: BBQ sandwich tray with slaw (delicious!), onion rings, chicken nuggets, and a huge sweet tea. The nuggets weren’t my favorite, but with their massive menu, I’ll just swap them for a different side next time. The value here is insane... you can literally get a quesadilla, chicken wrap, walking taco, or corn dog as a side and even a milkshake in place of drink with no upcharge! Son’s Order: 1/4 lb Cheeseburger tray with fries, cheese curds, and a chocolate milkshake. He loved everything and gave the burger a solid thumbs up. Husband’s Order: BBQ tray with fries and a beef quesadilla as a side. He really enjoyed his meal, too. Feeding a family of three with multi-side trays for only $31 is unbeatable. Highly recommend!
Whoever is outside today; young kid short hair. Absolute gentlemen. Gave us a menu because of how busy it’s been I didn’t want to bother anyone but handed us a menu to go look at while parked. Really sweet and helpful, everyone please consider how busy they are and they’re trying their best. Update: even my food was super super good! (I put the chives on the chilli dog when I got home!) Second update; went back because the chicken wraps are JUST like the snack wraps from McDonald’s back in the day and heck! It’s cheap. We had amazing service again and the food came out so good and hot. Thank you team front to back for everything. Even through all that business from opening they’re still out there working their hardest. These are people that WANT to work and it’s so refreshing to see. That’s why I make this review hoping they all see it. You’re seen and appreciated always. Bless each and every one of you.
Drive thru line is really long, but if you go inside it’s fast! Food was delicious and hot. Got two trays and a milkshake for only $25. 2 quesadillas, chicken nuggets, chicken wrap Double burger, corn dog, and quesadilla Milkshake All for $25!!! Can’t beat that! Workers were all so friendly will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend

Great place to pickup some chicken free chicken quesadillas...but fries were really good.
