Conviva Senior Primary Care

I have to say that the dr.linda hamper is wonderful! The rest of the staff needs work. First I had problems with referrals a few times then I dropped off a medical form as they told me some one would call to pick it up 3 days later I call and found out my form was still sitting there because it needed to go to another one of my dr.s The form was time sensitive. and may not make it to wear.It needs to on time all because one staff member couldnt call and tell me to pick it up!

I made an appointment last month as a new patient because my primary of twelve years decided to retire, and I was searching for someone to take over my care. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed by the physician that she was sorry but she did have to tell me she would be leaving next month. So establishing a new relationship with a new physician wasn't gonna happen. Add to that when I went over my notes from the visit, there were things on there that were never discussed. And never happened. I've emailed twice to have this record corrected. These are my medical records. They have to be correct. I think the staff should have been forthcoming that physician I was coming to see was not going to be continuing there. I feel like I wasted my time coming. I'm on the search once again for a new primary care physician.

They are lucky to get one star They canceled my appt for this morning as the doctor was going to be a no show ..left a rude v mail...no one you talk to speaks good English or to be honest knows what they are doing. I have found a much better place and really glad I saw the red flag in this place. I would run from here !
