From start to finish, Jeanie Hoelscher was professional, knowledgeable, and diligent to help us find our home. Due to being new to Florida, our first contact with her was helping us relocate here. I highly recommend this service which is such a help/guidance if you are new to the area. She toured rental properties for us and helped assist us to find a place to live before we moved here! We did not even visit here prior to moving --because she did all of the work for us. It is an excellent service that we highly recommend if you are relocating. Once we moved and settled in our rental--- she helped us find our home. After buying and selling numerous homes over the years--we can confidently say that she is an top-notch realtor! You definitely want Jeanie on your team when buying or selling a house in the Florida market. She is extremely educated in this industry and in the Florida market which is so very important. We highly recommend Jeanie to anyone looking for a realtor because she is knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and a very dedicated---we are so thankful she was on our team!
Talk about customer service...Jeanie Hoelscher can write a book about it! She helped us with a long term rental and a last minute, short rental. Her first answer is always, yes, I will try to make that happen. Her positive attitude and great sense of humor were a delight. Whenever I am in the Jacksonville area and I will definitely use her services again.
Jeanie and her team are fantastic! They went over and above to give us the time and attention we needed. A+ service!!!
