  I called to determine whether this counseling location was accepting new patients, and Allison went above and beyond. Unfortunately, my insurance wasn't one she accepts, but she talked with me directly, and went so far as to give recommendations for someone else. She was so kind and professional, and I could really tell she cares about what is best for patients in what can be a very difficult time. So much so, that I'm tempted to go outside insurance and try a cash basis. Thank you so much, Allison. For once in trying to call for appointments, I feel encouraged to keep going, not discouraged.
