My wife and I took her phone that would not charge to this store after a day at the beach, and indicated that there was sand and moisture in the charging port. The technician insisted that the 2 year old battery was actually the problem. Okay, fine. Tech says it will be ready by Friday. Its not ready by Friday, and we receive no call or text or email letting us know that it would not be ready at the agreed-upon time, even though we left contact information. $100 later and a day late there's a new battery in the phone, and it still doesnt charge, of course. I called to request that the charging port be replaced free of charge, as it was an honest mistake. Point blank refusal, and after calling another store, apparently this new battery has caused problems with the motherboard, meaning we now have to replace the entire 2 year old phone. My problems were not solved and have only gotten bigger. Do not recommend.
I brought in my barely built gaming PC in after realizing I couldn't finish the build on my own. I spoke with Jason, explained my predicament, and gave him the PC. After only a couple days, he let me know it was complete! The PC was in perfect condition. PERFECT cable management in the rear of the case. All ten case fans in correct orientation. This guy knows what he's doing. I'd trust him with any electronic I need help with. Highly recommend to anyone in search for computer repair, or building a PC.
I’d give 10 stars if I could!!! I’ve used Computer & Phone twice in the past year to help me with problems I had with my iPhone. I not only received the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price but phenomenal customer service! As a not-so-tech-savvy senior citizen, I appreciate so much how Jason always patiently & thoroughly explains everything to me!
Jason operates this store, I went in his store to buy laptop and he helped me out tremendously he was very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I went in and got a refurbished laptop for $250, and I am very pleased with it. I highly recommend if you're looking for a laptop to go see him. He also offers a 6-month warranty. This is great so you don't have to call people all over the place when you get one somewhere else and wonder if they're ever going to get back with you or even help you you can actually walk in and talk with this guy and he can tell you everything that you need to know, that is good because it allows you to be face-to-face with someone that's working on your stuff so go see Jason you'll be happy you did!
I called this business at 8:30 in the morning and spoke to Jason about having him look at my phone after I attempted to replace my own battery in my IPhone 8, which I screwed it up. I brought the phone in at 9:00 am and he told me it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Sure enough, he had it ready at that time and explained the issues (which I had actually caused in trying to do my own replacement) and replaced a part I had broke in doing so. He charged me a very fair price. Jason was very professional and his business space looked very professional as well. I will be using Jason again and will also be be referring other business to him. I highly recommend Jason for your phone and computer repair. Thanks again Jason
