If I could give negative stars I would. I got into an accident Friday night I came the next day to clean my car out they made me pay $50 to do so as an open gate fee ridiculous. At that point and looking around at the place my vehicle was at I wanted to get it out of there it was not drivable so I called my insurance company to get a tow so I can get the vehicle to my house they were coming with a check for the tow yard within an hour the guy that was there said I didn’t need to be there for them to pick it up since I signed the release paper so went out to lunch heard nothing called my insurance back they said the tow truck was trying to arrange with the tow yard but they kept pushing them away saying there closed so I went back down there to see what’s going on the told me no we didn’t get a call we didn’t push them away which is 100% BS so at this point I told them I’ll pay out of pocket to get my car off there property and outside there gate for my tow truck and they were trying to get me too pay another fee of $50 to open the gate I said hell no that’s ridiculous I already paid it once the same day not my fault they kept pushing my tow truck away. Also they are crooks scamming for money they wanted cash or Zelle from the insurance company. They were trying to keep my vehicle there to rack up storage fee .. end result I had to call the St. John’s police department to come down because she wasn’t giving me my vehicle they helped calm the situation got the owner in the phone and I was able to pay the tow fee and get my car out of there the police also stated to the owner that this isn’t the first time they been called out there for the same kind of situation. Moral of this DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!! They need to have there license revoked I will be contacting BBB and filing a complaint because after being in an accident and being hurt I shouldn’t have to be down there dealing with this kind of BS. No human remorse whatsoever..
I’m only giving one star because it’s required to leave a review. If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is unprofessional and clearly just looking to rip people off. After our car was in an accident, and towed to this place, we called on Friday to arrange picking up our personal belongings. Beth rudely told us to come on Saturday and said it just needed to be before 3:30. At no point did she mention any extra fees. We arrived Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and were immediately told by a very rude man that we had to pay $50 just for him to open the gate because it was the weekend. When we explained that Beth specifically told us to come Saturday and never mentioned a fee, he said he didn’t care what Beth told us and that “those are the rules.” This was during an already stressful situation—we weren’t asking for towing, assistance, or special treatment. We simply needed to retrieve our personal belongings from our car. That was literally right there behind a gate that had a simple lock and key pad lock. Charging $50 to literally unlock a gate is nothing but a money grab. There was also another customer that came and was just as frustrated as us, he was treated just as bad. To top it off, their “office” is a tiny outdoor shed that looks like it’s meant to store lawn equipment. The entire operation feels shady and poorly run. Rude staff, misleading information, and predatory fees. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone, especially during a moment of hardship.
I will be suing they have a Lean on my registration but yet refuse to give me a breakdown and by state law, they have to give me a breakdown they want $1,890 and something dollars and I want to know why or for what reason They have hung up the phone on my attorney. They have been rude. They don’t want to give any further information. I will continue my process on my behalf. Please be careful with them as we all know AA has gotten sued previously for the same reason. God bless everyone and please watch who you giving your money to
My car was impounded because of something my son did. Not pleased with paying nearly 709 bucks to get it out after only being in there for a few days. To charge $200 a day is just rediculous and the only reason I gave it one star is because Beverly was very helpful and kind. That and the fact that you have to leave at least one star to post a review.
1. Told my daughter to hang up on her mother as she is over 5 hours away 1. Would not take my daughter to garage 1. Smoked in the tow truck with my asthmatic daughter 1. Started driving without car towed , not telling my daughter where he is taking her ! 1 horrible !! Filed a complaint!! 1. Endurance is filing a complaint against them
