I had purchased my insurance from this agency, and had their insurance for about 2 years. No accidents, Nothing had changed. Same vehicle, same residence,No tickets, No accidents, everything was the same.When It was time to renew my policy again, ( They renew every 6 months for those that don't know) I received the renewal in my email, and it stated my premium was going up, and my monthly payment would be an additional $100. I called around, found BETTER coverage for a lot lower price. It was a no- brainer, I purchased a new policy with GEICO, for a cheaper amount.....NEXT THING I KNOW I GET A LETTER FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR THAT SAYS I OWE LIBERTY MUTUAL $176.10.....I called Liberty Mutual home office and I was told the $176.10 was for the uninsured motorist they added to my policy the last month I had insurance with them, WHAT!!!????? Florida is a NO Fault State......I don't need Uninsured motorist....SCAM
Wesley hall was amazing!! He saved us quite a bit of money on a policy that covered 5 vehicpes and we are currently working on putting together life insurance policies for myself, my husband, and both of my children. If you want to same money and have great policies you should give him a call!!
I'm a long time customer of Liberty Mutual. Thirty one years. Jose helped me solve an issue that nobody in corporate could figure out. Personal, face to face service is the only way to go, and this place proved to be top notch. I highly recommend
I called liberty mutual who is supposed to be the partner with USAA for auto insurance. I got the quote and told the sales person, Alexis in Arizona, that I would cal back shortly to make the payment. I asked for her contact info and extension. She said it was a direct number. I called back and got a male representative, William, that said he would handle it for her. While processing my payment he advised me that his system is frozen and put me on hold. He kept coming back with updates on how he is trying to get the issue resolved. I realize that people feel like hold times are much longer than they really are, but it was literally over ten minutes when he finally came back to say that he would have to do the entire quote over. I waited again while he did this. Then he gave me the "good news" that he completed the quote and that it was $20 lower and he also added in extra services. He then said that he would need my credit card info again because the system went down. This resulted in my account being charged for two payments and Liberty mutual advising me that I would have to three-way from my bank to prove that I was charged twice, which I did. They said they did not show that I was billed twice. After, I complied with this, they advised me that I would have to wait ten days to get my money back. Meanwhile, my account is off for other checks I had written. Once I finally get my money back, I will be cancelling this account as well as the business account I have with them. Sleezy sales people.
