When Nertil injured his lower back while we were moving, the pain quickly spread into his right leg. He went from being active to barely being able to stand up straight, bend over, or walk without severe pain. We were scared and needed someone who could see him quickly. After reading reviews, something about Dr. Ben’s practice stood out to us. I called and left a voicemail, and to my surprise, Dr. Ben personally returned my call within a few hours and was able to see Nertil the very same day. That level of compassion meant more to us than he probably realizes. From the first visit, Dr. Ben took the time to listen, understand exactly how the injury happened, and thoroughly explain what was causing the pain, how chiropractic care could help, and what he was going to do before making a single adjustment. We never felt rushed, and his attention to detail immediately put us at ease. Nertil had never been to a chiropractor before and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. After his very first visit, he noticed improvement. Dr. Ben continued seeing him over the next several days, and with each visit his lower back pain and right leg pain improved, his mobility returned, and he was able to go back to work. He continues to see Dr. Ben and is getting better with every visit. Dr. Ben didn’t just treat the injury—he taught Nertil how to move, lift, and protect his spine in everyday life so he can avoid reinjuring himself. That education has been just as valuable as the treatments themselves. Dr. Ben is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping people heal. His office is clean, welcoming, and you can tell he truly cares about every patient. Dr Benji is wonderful. He has an eight ability to find out what’s bothering the patient and how to treat he’s succinct. His adjustment skills are profound. as a chiropractor I know what a good chiropractor experience is supposed to be like Dr Benji exceeds all expectations can’t say enough great things about him run get there you’ll be glad you did.
Wow! Dr.Benji is amazing. I was in severe pain on a Saturday and searched the internet for a chiropractor that could possibly see me. Dr. Benji met me at 6:30pm. He was able to give me some relief from the pain, and then scheduled to see me on Sunday, Memorial Day, and the next day so I could attend my son's high school graduation. Since then he has been so attentive to my needs and accommodates my schedule. I would highly recommend Dr.Benji to anyone looking for a chiropractor that is knowledgeable, skilled and truly cares for his patients.
