Contracted CSI to perform an upgrade to the entire camera system at our manufacturing facility near Jacksonville, FL. Everything went well from the planning walkthrough to the completion of the job. The 2 technicians Brian and Jeffrey were professional and meticulous throughout the install. They finished within the proposed timeline and were exceedingly patient as minds were changed about a few camera locations on the fly. I absolutely would recommend them and will reach out if additional work arises.
Our law firm has worked with CSI for many years. They have installed two complete phone systems for us and are currently walking with us through a nightmare Century Link service move. Their troubleshooting skills are second to none and Scott and Garrett have been so professional and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend CSI for any communications needs.
We have used CSI for 5 years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. The customer service we receive from this company is superb. They are dedicated to their customers and take the time to really understand the workflows in our business to make sure we have the right technology. When we have an issue with something, the response time is exceptional and we have little to no down time when there is an issue. I would and have recommended CSI to other businesses.
We have worked with Garrett Knight and his CS team for the last 10 years. We've worked dozens upon dozens of projects together and we've never had a problem. CS technicians are some of the best in the industry and certainly in Florida. We are happy to recommend them.
Definitely recommend CSI! We have had a relationship with them over a decade with stellar results. Owner and technicians are always very professional, polite and have given us great direction over the years. Don't hesitate to call upon them.
