I had the opportunity to work with Frank and the men at Colonial Roofing when I replaced the aging roof on my home in Walden Chase neighborhood, Ponte Vedra, FL. The estimate was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. Frank's crew showed up on the scheduled day and the project was completed within the time frame he had given me. In a day where it's hard to find a company that provides professional workmanship, Colonial Roofing has proven to be the rare exception. They did an outstanding job and I've recommended them to many of my neighbors.
Our roof was over 21 years old. Called 3 roofing companies for estimates. Colonials price was very competitive. They installed the new roof in a little over a day. We left town that day and came home around noon and all work was complete. Cleanup was perfect and trailer with materials were taken away the next day. The neighbors were complementing on how good the roof looked. I highly recommend Colonial Roofing to anyone needing a roof.
Awesome job! I can't say enough about the owner Frank and the rest of the crew! The crew showed up at sunrise. They finished my roof in 1 day! Clean-up was exceptional. They removed 3 skylights and added 2 extra off-ridge vents because my attic was under ventilated. The roof looks fantastic! Top quality work! And the price was below average. I highly, highly, recommend Colonial Roofing!
I am writing this review on behalf of my neighbors Tom and Judy. They recently contracted Colonial roofing to install a new roof on their 20 year old house. They said all of Colonial staff was professional, honest, dependable and on time. They cleaned up all debris and was very competitive on price. I plan on using Colonial roofing in the next few months for a new roof for my home.
The company was great. Professional, on time, and efficient. Installing and cleanup in one day as scheduled. Didn't know that there were so many choices for roof tiles. Would recommend Colonial Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
