I had a very poor experience with Colliers, especially Joe Turri and Eric Bumgarner. I'm an owner of a Commercial property in town and Joe Turri and Eric Bumgarner expressed interest in leasing my space. They viewed the property and said they would work with me, they started working on my listing and then went radio silent. I tried many times to reach out to see if they would still help me lease it, but just ignored. They cost me a month of vacancy by ignoring me. Please avoid Colliers at all cost.
They really don’t know the Riverside community at all - read the room, y’all, and stop ruining Jax.
My dad works there. Heard so many people talk about Colliers. Love it there and love to spend time with my dad. Great place for selling.
This business does not care about the JAX community or the people and businesses in it. It is driving local businesses out and putting profit above people.
debbie is really condescending and rude. she had no patience while assisting me.
