Coggin Honda Of St. Augustine Service Department

I moved from Ohio to Florida and had problems with my air!! Ohio dealership said they repaired it. They put a band aid on it. Robbie and Tge service Manager, did not blink when I asked for help. They were on it. Pronto. Thank you coggin staff for helping one hot Ohio girl out! Not to mention the other service they offer! Cheap synthetic oil changes. I love Florida and Coggin!

Most well organized service department I’ve ever seen. Service advisors for your appointment. Plenty of comfortable seating. Efficient, friendly staff. My service advisor Brandon was great. Highly recommend.

Tried to make appointment for recall and 29.95 oil change with shuttle ride. After speaking to an AI and 2 other people, I had to go to text they sent to correct time and reason. Tried to confirm oil change price with Michael and Corky, both said there was no”catch”. 29.95! Just like posted on FB video. Took off work to make appointment, got there and sales associate, Brandon, calls to see if parts are available for scheduled service!!!!! Thank God they had it. Oil change came to be $44 with taxes, fees and shop materials. Not a bad price but I don’t think most folks would appreciate how all this went down.

My wife and I went for a brake change, Transmission flush and a wheel alignment. Brandon was our service representative. He was always informing us of the status of our vehicle. I would like to commend the entire staff. Service rep. and service tech. For an outstanding job! We will continue servicing our vehicle at Coggins . Thank you !
