Coastal Wildlife & Pest Control Services of Jacksonville FL

We had a good experience with Coastal Wildlife & Pest Control. Our issue was a racoon that decided to invade our attic, take up residence, and build a nest. It was a difficult spot to access, due to location high up under a 2 story eave in an older home. The entire Coastal team was phenomenal. First, Rachel in the office is stellar. So nice to have someone professional who answers the phone and keeps up with the schedule-- no dealing with AI bots and voice mail... Everyone we had assist us during the inspection, trapping, securing, and cleanup were careful and diligent-- Tony, Riley, Tim, and ( owner) Dakota were all exceptional. Traps were monitored 24/7, and someone came when needed, even over a holiday weekend. Potential entry points are now secured as well as can be done with our older home, and we feel we made the right decision hiring Coastal.

All the employees I interacted with during my bat problem were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I also picked up their pest control service which extends the warranty on the bat extermination. Daniel and Shawn made the experience painless. I would definitely recommend Coastal.

Tony has done a great job the last couple of times he has been here. I am happy with the service at this time and hopefully it keeps the squirrels out for good. Not cheap but worth it if it keeps them out of my home.
