Dr. Green and his Tech Shay we're BOTH VERY nice and comforting as I had my procedure and it was Very quick unlike where I went previously. They get my vote 100 out of 100. 🥰
The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the doctors were excellent while i was seeing them. But once my lawsuit reached settlement, they cancelled all my future appointments and denied continuing my care EVEN THOUGH the doctor told me how urgent and severe my condition still was. They do not take health insurance and the do not allow you to pay out of pocket. I dont understand how a doctors office can cancel your treatment before completion and also tell you that you cant pay for it yourself and still be in business. This is truly sad and feels actually criminal.
At my appointment time, I was seen within 10 minutes. The staff are very nice, helpful in getting me signed in and great customer service in scheduling me for a follow up appointment.
Great place to go. Dr. Powell is great at finding the location of injury and does not hesitate to do so like other institutions who may treat you like a lab rat. The staff here are all amazing.
Great friendly staff highly recommend going there if u have any kind of pain. They have wonderful doctors that make u feel comfortable.. Thank u from Mr. Ronnie Dixon
