Joan assisted us with selling some property on the Northside and in my lifetime of multiple real estate transactions I've never experienced a more quick and efficient process. This realtor is a true professional who covers every detail and did an amazing job for us by turning a normally difficult procedure into a simple, pleasant experience.
I tried to work with Joan, but I found her extremely pushy with expensive and useless fees. I decided to find another agent. When I did and found a home I wanted to make an offer on, it turned out that she was the listing agent. I'm pretty sure she didn't even give the offer to the seller. She just responded "they wouldn't consider my offer."
