⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Pain Management Doctor & Staff! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my pain management doctor and the entire staff. From the moment I walk through the door, I am treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. My doctor truly takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I understand my treatment and options. I never feel rushed or like just another patient. I feel heard, respected, and cared for, which means so much when you are dealing with pain. The entire team works together to provide excellent care, and their professionalism and compassion are truly appreciated. They have created an environment where I feel comfortable speaking openly about my concerns and confident in the care I receive. If you are looking for a pain management doctor and a staff who genuinely care about their patients, I highly recommend this office. Five stars isn't enough! Thank you to the entire team for everything you do and for treating your patients with such kindness and dignity. ❤️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional OfficeCoastal Health – Spine & Pain in Middleburg is by far the best Coastal location I’ve ever visited. The doctors here are incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping you feel better. You never feel rushed, overlooked, or like just another appointment on the schedule.Leslie deserves special recognition — she treats you like a real person, not a number. Her kindness, professionalism, and ability to make you feel comfortable set this office apart from every other Coastal I’ve been to. You can tell the entire team truly cares about their patients. If you’re looking for an office that goes above and beyond, this is the one.
The office is cleaning the people are sweet talkative they make me laugh. I feel very at home here and they have told me more about what’s going on with me than any Spine Dr I have been to since 2011. I love these people.
Dr Leslie, McDonald and the rest of the staff are always super nice. She's very informative with me concerning my back condition and listen to any concerns that I may have and answers me very thoroughly. I'm always greeted pleasantly from the staff. A very friendly atmosphere. I've been coming here for years and I truly enjoy my visits.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Yusuf Mosuro, and unfortunately it was one of the most upsetting medical experiences I have ever had. Before he even entered the exam room, he opened the door and asked his assistant, “Are you still in there?” I found that unprofessional and it immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Once he came into the room, he introduced himself and began asking questions. I explained my history of chronic back pain, failed spinal fusion surgery, spinal cord stimulator failure and that I have undergone numerous injections over the years. He told me that if I wanted pain medication, I would first need to get a sacroiliac injection. I explained that I did not want any more injections because I have already had so many of them, they are painful, and they have not provided lasting relief. He then told me that if I was not willing to work with him, he would not treat me. At that point I became emotional and started crying. Instead of showing compassion, he told me to stop crying because it makes the other patients nervous and that if I got an injection, he would not want me crying then either. I was overwhelmed and could not simply turn my emotions off. During the visit, he asked whether I drank alcohol. I initially said not lately but then remembered I had taken a few sips of my husband’s beer several days earlier while we were at Kingsley Lake. His response was, “OOOHHHH,” and he then stated that because of that, he could only prescribe Tylenol 3 and a muscle relaxer. The interaction felt accusatory rather than informative. He also asked whether I had completed a drug test when I arrived. When I told him no, he repeated the question in a tone that felt more like I was being scolded than spoken to as an adult patient. The overall message I received throughout the appointment was that I was viewed as someone seeking pain medication rather than a patient looking for help with a documented spinal condition. Instead of offering solutions, he suggested I go back to the surgeon who performed my back surgery, seek out another orthopedic surgeon, or try UF in Gainesville. I left the appointment feeling dismissed, judged, and completely unsupported. I sat in my car afterward and cried because I felt like my concerns, pain, and emotions were treated as inconveniences rather than legitimate issues deserving empathy and professional care. While others may have had different experiences, I cannot recommend Dr. Mosuro based on my own. Compassion and empathy are important parts of patient care, and unfortunately those qualities were missing from my visit.
