Listen I was a little frustrated about an "accident" that happened. Just human error. However, it could have been avoided. I clearly spoke to 3 people about it and made a zero cost fix suggestion. Details unnecessary. However, the male dental hygienist was a 5. Great great person. Lose him, close the shop🫡. The office manager was not there. The outside windows look like a CLEAN DEAD TOOTH, no life. The mission to block the SUN, achieved. However, no life. Front desk not bad at all. People are attracted to energy. My suggestion. Each window with a big "different" smile. Under each smile a 1 word service you offer to support healthy teeth and boost your bottom line. It seems like Corporate is not reinvesting in the shop or people. Now I did notice a better staff and one left over that I THINK I am glad is still there. We had zero interaction this time. Keep growing. I'll be back.

I had a very good first visit with Coast Dental. Everyone was pleasant and the hygienist was very gentle and kind and explained everything he was doing. I saw the dentist virtually, which I don’t think is the usual case, but since the other dentist had to leave early it was a nice option as opposed to not seeing any dentist. I declined fluoride as I usually do at a dentist and no one minded at all. Overall, I think we have found a great dentist.
I have been in this place twice. Neither was good. The front desk people are very harsh and disrespectful. I am 58 and they treated me like I was her age. They yelled and scold you without any respect. If you want to be treated with respect avoid this place at all cost. The manager is very haughty and talk In a very rough way.. this is the worst dental office I have been in my entire life.
I am wheelchair bound and the folks at the Flemming Island office were so awesome in helping me out with getting into the dentist chair... And helping back into my chair. When my teeth came in earlier than expected they arranged an earlier appointment for me. They worked everything out with my insurance so that their serviced and my dentures were completely covered and I paid $0 I would recommend them to anyone!!😁
New patient visits apparently get scheduled so you’re there for at least 2.5 hours. They need to tell you that upfront. Only one hygienist was there, who was nice. The place is very out dated. Also they ran my insurance wrong and tried to charge me for X-rays.
