I wish I had caught her name but (presumably) female employee walking with handicap group was extremely rude. She had a lady using a walker & blocking the entire business next door, which I totally understand the patience needed for someone using a walker. So rather than getting in their way, I asked if anything was in the donation box, since the employee is standing directly in front of it. She snarkily replied "I don't know... birdseed". "Birdseed" turned out to be lentils and she had NO business being rude to someone already YIELDING to HER!
