I was involved in an accident earlier this year and Scott Cleary represented me. He was great to work with! He is very thoughtful and caring. There were several instances in which he went out of his way to meet with me in order to accommodate my hectic work schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, Scott.
A few years ago Internet family and I were TBoned, my husband, kids and I were all transported by rescue to the hospital. The accident was the other drivers fault. Yes, our words turned upside down. My kids were still in high school and I had fundraising to help pay tuition etc. Had no other choice with low income. Scott Cleary represented us and assured no cost unless we win. To make a long story short, he lost the case and left me and my children to pay court costs and fees over $7000. We didn’t have money. My young son had to have his wages garnished which eliminated college tuition and created long term financial strain. We’re still trying to pick up the pieces. I’ll never forget this nightmare!
I received very personal attention and support during my representation. Mr. Cleary was completely professional and negotiated an acceptable settlement for my case. I feel I was fortunate to have him by my side.
Scott Cleary fought hard to get my money after my accident. My life was upside down, needless to say I was little upset, sometimes very difficult to deal with. Mr. Cleary always talked to me with respect, even when I may have not. Only lawyer I ever had that took less so client could have more. He is an honorable man. Keeps his word. Thank you so much mr.cleary.
