Clear Constructors LLC

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jim and his team at Clear Constructors for a major flooring replacement project in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Jim demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. His team was equally impressive—kind, considerate, and incredibly respectful of our living space while the work was underway. Living in the home during renovations can be challenging, but their professionalism and courteousness made the process much smoother. They handled our furniture with great care, ensuring everything was protected and managed efficiently. If you're in the Jacksonville area and need flooring work, I highly recommend Clear Constructors. Their combination of expertise, customer service, and respect for your home truly sets them apart.

Working with Clear Constructors on a couple bathroom renovations and updates to my home was easy. Jim and Scott were great to work with. They were on budget and were efficient with my last minute additions that were completely outside of the scope of project. I will absolutely work with them on my next project.

Clear Constructors replaced my roof and did a great job. Very reasonable retail cost. Completed in 2 days a week after contacting them. Thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

Clear Constructors did a great job with my studio fitout. They performed the work quickly and to a high standard, making smart recommendations when we found unexpected difficulties and suggesting a design improvement that has garnered raves from our clients. They were responsive to queries, and in general communicated well. I’d gladly use them again.
