Visiting the Jacksonville area and found this restaurant for lunch. The food was good and portions were the perfect size. I loved the apples and PB side and the Philly flatbread was delicious. I am thrilled with the concept of healthy food for take out. Try this franchise for a delightful treat. You won’t be disappointed!
Though I've never been IN store, and order them through DoorDash. Everything is well packaged and portioned. Labeled well and clearly, between instructions, calories, allergies etc. I started ordering them about 2 or 3 weeks ago (maybe mid June) I'm about 20 ish meals deep. There was only 1 meal I didn't like but that was because my taste buds didn't like it. That's not on them at all. Ive enjoyed and loved the flavors of them all. With how busy I stay, it's easy and convenient for me. And as someone that struggles with proportions in my day to eating, Over or under eating, I feel this is perfect amount in each bowl. Im completely satisfied, the right amount of full. If thats the right verbiage to use. The Enchilada Chicken Mac, Buffalo chicken, and i think its the Beef hamburger help me (I ate them all and forgot to jot down the names before throwing them away) will continue to keep ordering.
Let me start off by saying the food wasn’t bad and the price wasn’t bad either! $12 for the build your own bowl with Salmon $11.49 for my wrap which I converted into a bowl The problem I had was that I left hungry. Flavor wise it was good but honestly I felt compelled to buy another meal because the portions were small. Secondly, my big boy wrap 2.0 which I turned into a bowl came with a side and I chose the sweet potato fries. Those fries came out ice cold. Not exaggerating… I sent them back and after me having to get up to ask for the status they finally came and they were better since they were warm. The girls working there were nice but need to be mindful of the guests when standing up. There was a lady there waiting for quite sometime and no one approached her. Finally the lady realized that her food was just sitting there at the pick up box the entire time. Mind you the lady also should have asked where her food was after that long but I was observing the girls working and they didn’t bother to ask her if she needs help or anything which is what happened with me and my fries. So overall i give it a 4 star based on amount of food and lack of guest service.
Great concept they have some work to do on falling through on eating clean with very few vegetable dishes and a lot of meat they have work to do. Also clean eats to me means being clean to the Earth as well and all the plastic in the store and serving things and Styrofoam cups just doesn’t make sense to me. So either change the name or charge us a little more and use earth friendly containers. Overall I do like the concept of ordering prepared meals. I think it’s a great idea.
The food here is made from top quality clean ingredients and tastes great. The staff are always friendly. I have started cooking whole, healthy foods more and I use this place for when I need a guilt-free break from my kitchen.
