I had a great experience here for an annual eye exam and contact lens Rx update. This was my first time going to a hospital/surgeon for an evaluation- I've been to chain eyeglasses stores and a private practice physician in Jacksonville that I didn't feel provided great follow-up care. From my initial phone call, to the quick appointment scheduling, to the kind and knowledgeable staff- I'm glad I chose to come here. It was a little confusing knowing which building to enter and which floor the office is on- I would recommend better signage outside if possible. The receptionist got my paperwork started quickly and there was no wait time to be seen. The medical staff member who helped with the majority of my eye testing was fantastic. Dr. Swinehart was thorough and efficient fixing my prescription- I'm seeing better than ever! The trial lenses arrived quickly and I was not charged to test them. When I called to ask for a prescription it was processed the very next day by Elisha. My previous doctor ignored my historical astigmatism, took weeks to get my trial lenses and then billed me to pick them up. As I work in the medical field myself, I understand how much work goes into having a smooth appointment flow and excellent patient care. I greatly appreciate the care I received from Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons- would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons at Middleburg under Dr Swinehart did a phenomenal job taking care of my eyes. Dr. Swinehart tells me the details in a very understandable way. The whole office is courteous.

These are some wonderful people. Nice. Friendly. Professional. They answer my questions and concerns in a manner that I understand. Looking forward to seeing them again.
