I came in as a walk-in and was placed on the waitlist. I was called in after about 30 minutes. Ms. Ortiz helped me through the process of getting my new driver’s license. She was friendly, efficient, and made everything quick and easy. The entire process went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the excellent service!
Margaret Spurger at the Clay County Tax Collector’s office (Diane Hutchings) was excellent from start to finish. I came in for a tag/title transaction and she handled everything quickly, accurately, and with a genuinely helpful attitude. Professional, attentive, and efficient the entire time — no wasted motion, no attitude, just clean service. The office environment was clean and organized too. Overall experience was top-tier. If you’re dealing with tags or titles in Clay County, ask for Margaret. She makes the process painless.
Bryanna and the entire staff was SO HELPFUL AND SO FRIENDLY! We had to switch everything from Virginia to Florida and due to navy federal had a glitch that made things more complicated. Bryanna and the staff all went above and beyond for us trying to help and helped get us resolved. We truly cannot thank everyone enough or say enough amazing things about the staff and office here!!!
Went to get a replacement ID and had an excellent experience. Made an appointment for 330, got there a little early and was in the car at 324. Tabitha was delightful. So professional, friendly, and helpful. I will always use the Middleburg location in the future.
Renew our vehicle tags. Friendly and fast 10-15 minutes time, all done! Great service! We did make an appointment. So got right in at our appointment time, even a little early.
