We are very pleased with our roofing experience with Clark Brothers Roofing LLC. Mitchell was professional, experienced, and very hardworking, and he took plenty of time to explain the roofing process and answer all of our questions. We also had a few problem spots with fascia and soffit damage, and Richard made sure the needed carpentry repairs were handled the right way. The repair work looked great, and Hayden was very helpful as the field representative throughout the project. We selected a CertainTeed roofing system because of our past use of the product and the strong reviews. The install crew did an excellent job and worked hard to get the new roof dried in before the Florida rain moved through Jacksonville. After the main roof installation, there were a couple of small items that needed touch-up, and those were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. We also compared estimates from other roofing contractors, and the pricing was in a similar range. In the beginning, it was a little difficult to compare each roofing quote because the shingle brands, warranty coverage, and scope of work were not exactly the same. Once we decided on the roofing material, it became much easier to make a fair comparison. this morning i noticed the gutter downspout had come loose, and rainwater was starting to run toward my foundation. i set a large bucket under the runoff and called clark brothers roofing llc to ask if someone could come out and take a look. a few hours later, the truck pulled up, and i was very glad to see the crew arrive so quickly. they checked the gutter drainage, secured the pipe with a screw, and made sure it would stay in place and not separate again. they also installed my roof several years ago, and just like before, the workmanship was excellent. it gave me a lot of confidence knowing the same roofing team could handle both the roof and gutter issue so well. the whole experience was smooth, fast, and professional. their customer service was outstanding, and i truly feel they are one of the best roofing companies in jacksonville.
