I KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND PARIS WAS THE WONDERFUL WOMAN THAT MADE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. STARTING OUT WITH KEEPING THIS SURPRISE AND TIMELINES FALL IN PLACE. PLANNING, PHONE CALLS, AND NUMEROUS TIMES OF COMFORTING ME WHILE I WAS EXCITED AND PANICKING THAT I HAD ENOUGH PLANNED TO GIVE MY WIFE AND I THE MOST RELACING, ROMANTIC AND STRESS RELIEVING EXPERIENCE EVER. BOY OH BOY DID THAT HAPPEN! AND MORE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STARTING WITH COMING UP TO THE GATE GUARD TO THE AREA. AS I SHOWED HIM THE EMAIL AND HE DIDN'T EVEN SPEAK OUTLOUD. HE UNDERSTOOD THE MISSION. CHECKED US IN AND OBVIOUSLY VERIFIED US. WE ARRIVE TO THE BEAUTIFUL BUILDING THAT JUST SCREAMS "YES! IT'S GOING TO BE BEAUTIFUL HERE FOR REAL, ITS NOT PICTURES PHOTOSHOP TOGETHER." WE WALK IN WITH MY WIFE ON VIDEO AND SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESTRUCK. (NAILED IT CIRCLES OF WELLNESS!, THIS ENTRANCE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!) PARIS, PAUL AND LAUREN WORKING FRONT DESK. AND PARIS MEETS GREETS US, READY!❤️‍🔥 PARIS, WHO HELPED PLAN EVERYTHING IN THE DREAM THAT UNFOLDS THE REST OF THE DAY, GOT US GOING. AFTER THE INITIAL TOUR AND FEELING LIKE VIP CHANGING INTO OUR ROBES. ( I LEARNED THAT I NEEDED TO GET SWIMSUITS, A PROBLEM PARIS ALSO FIXED. BY ORDERING THEM FOR US. THAT WAS MY BAD, AND I DID PAY FOR IT SO THERE WASNT ANY ISSUES FOR THE DELIVERY. THANK YOU PARIS. AS ALWAYS, A HERO.) SCHEDULE CHANGE THAT CHANGED THE FLOW BUT WE WERE ADAPTED QUICKLY BY PARIS' FAST MANAGEMENT SKILLS. SO WE STARTED WITH MASSAGES AND THE BEST PART WAS. IT WAS TOGETHER. WE HAD MASSAGES AND MY MASSEUSE WAS - JOYCE, WHO REALLY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AND ALSO ADDRESSED STRESSED POSTIONS GIVEN MY PAST MILITARY POLICE CAREER AND CURRENT TRUCK DRIVER JOB DRIVING FROM FLORIDA TO CALIFORNIA AND BACK WEEKLY FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS. THANK YOU FOR THAT JOYCE! WAYNE SERVICED MY WIFE. HER REVIEW WILL BE DONE BY HER. THEN OUR SWIMSUITS ARRIVED. WE CHANGED INTO THEM, GOT TO GET INTO THE HYDROTUB AND SPENT TIME IN THERE. ENJOYED OUR WINE AND RELAXATION. THEN MY WIFE LEFT TO START HER FACIAL. HER FACIAL WAS BY TETIANA. HER REVIEW WILL ALSO BE DONE BY MY WIFEY🥰. WHEN I GOT FINISHED IN THE HYDROTUB I WENT OUT TO THE HOT TUB, I RELAXED THERE UNTIL MY WIFE HAD FINISHED HER FACIAL AND WE BOTH BROUGHT IN TO THE FOOD ORDERED A WEEK PRIOR. ABSOLUTELY FRESH AND DELICIOUS AND THE PICTURES WILL SHOW AN AMAZING PRESENTATION. THEN THE FLOWERS ARRIVED AND CAUGHT MY WIFE OFF GUARD AGAIN. (ROMANCE STILL EXIST LADIES, I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE OUT HERE. PARIS IS PROOF AND HEARD MY WISHES) AFTER LUNCH MY WIFE WAS TAKEN TO GET HER HAIR DONE AND A BLOW OUT BY REYNALDO. FROM MY VISUAL EXPERIENCE IN THE TIME HE HAD HER FOR, ABSOLUTE ARTIST. HER REVIEW WILL BE POSTED ON HER VIEWS AND FEELINGS OF COURSE. AS THAT WAS GOING ON, I WAS BEING PAMPERED WITH MY FACIAL BY EMILY. EMILY WAS VERY THOROUGH WITH MY FACE, SHOULDER, NECK AND HEAD. SHE KILLED IT. AND THE BEST PART WAS THE EDUCATION US MEN USUALLY DONT KNOW ABOUT, ABOUT SKINCARE AND PRODUCTS. THANK YOU EMILY. IT WAS TRULY NEEDED. "IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING" IS WHAT IBPUT ON THE FORM AND SHE DID. THANK YOU! I NEEDED THAT. NOW AFTER MY FACIAL I WENT FROM THERE TO MY PEDICURE WHERE I WAS ABSOLUTELY AFRAID BECAUSE OF MY FEET BEING TICKLISH. WOW! DELORES, YOU HAVE A TOUCH THAT CAN SOUTH THE SOUL AND KEEP ME FROM BEING TICKLED WITH THE VERBAL DIRECTIONS AND STEP BY STEP MOVEMENTS YOU GAVE ME! 🥰 THANK YOU, I NEEDED THAT. THE EDUCATION YOU GAVE ME ABOUT THE SKIN ON TOP OF THE NAILS, NEVER EVEN KNEW! THEN MY MANICURE, YOU KNEW WHAT I WAS AIMING FOR ON NOT SCRATCH MY WIFE OR CREATING ANY UNNECESSARY PAIN TO HER, YOU NAILED THAT! YOU ARE AWESOME FOR UNDERSTANDING ❤️‍🔥. MY WIFES HAIR COMPLETED AT THAT POINT AND THEN PARIS STARTED IN ON MY WIFES PEDICURE. AND KEEPING THINGS ON TIME THE TEAM WORK WITH WORKING PARIS AND DELORES GOT HER MANICURE COMPLETED. AFTER WE CHANGED OUT FOR DINNER WE WALKED OUT AND BOOM! MIC DROP!!!! THE BASKET OF ALL THE PRODUCTS TO MAKE MY WIFE EVERYTHING SHE NEEDS TO BE HERSELF. THANKS PARIS FOR HELPING WITH THAT. Updated from two stars to one star after the owner’s response, please read their reply and judge it for yourself. One of the worst spas I’ve ever been to. I booked this for my 30th birthday and wanted to love this place. The massage therapist, Joyce, was excellent. But the surrounding experience did not come close to matching, and the owner’s response only confirmed the problem. I did not simply “book a massage.” I called and specifically requested a couples package so my mother and I would share a room, and the person booking steered me toward the massage package instead. To now claim there was “no indication” we wanted to be together is not accurate. I was also told same-day lunch ordering was available, which is why I didn’t pre-order. The issue was never the menu. It was that there was no staff present to take an order, no one to help with the hot tub, which was not hot and could not be adjusted, and no one at the front desk when we left. Anyone could have walked straight out. The pool was cold and dirty. The only amenity I could actually enjoy was the sauna. Notably, the owner’s response says nothing about the broken hot tub, the cold pool, or the unstaffed floor and front desk, the actual issues I raised. Addressing the lunch menu while ignoring all of this speaks volumes. When you charge premium prices and add an automatic 20% service charge, guests should not be left fending for themselves. Rather than take accountability, the business chose to unprofessionally deflect, point blame, and misrepresent my visit. To anyone considering booking, read the owner’s reply closely and decide whether this is a business that stands behind the service it charges for. Based on my experience, I would look elsewhere. If you want a truly excellent spa day in the area, go to the Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club instead, the difference in service and professionalism is night and day.

Such a beautiful spa, wonderful service and perfect for a relaxing birthday celebration with friends (we did that back in May and it was amazing!). Last week I saw Jen and she was wonderful and recommended some great products for my skin that I’ve already seen a difference from using! Highly recommend!

My sister’s and I went for the first time and what an amazing experience! Everyone made you feel Welcomed and appreciated and very helpful! Definitely fly back out just to have a massage next visit and another facial from Tatiana!
