  I purchased my food trailer from Circle Double B Trailers, and while I understand they use a third-party manufacturer (Quality Cargo Trailers) for the build, my frustration comes from the lack of support and accountability after the sale. My main concern is that Circle Double B has not helped facilitate or advocate for resolution when serious issues have come up with the trailer. Instead, I have been directed back and forth to the manufacturer, which has left me feeling unsupported as the customer. I did business with Circle Double B, not directly with the manufacturer, and I believe the dealer should play a role in helping resolve issues with the product they sold. At pickup, there was no thorough walkthrough or inspection process offered. The trailer was not plugged in or fully tested with me to confirm everything was functioning properly before leaving. I’ve experienced multiple issues including electrical problems, handwashing sink placement, the prep table, and barn doors. My main concerns are the electrical system and the handwashing sink placement, as these directly impact safety and functionality. However, the additional issues have also added to an ongoing and frustrating process. One significant issue that was not disclosed during the build is that the barn doors do not properly close or latch from the inside. For a food trailer, secure and functional doors are essential, and this should have been identified and addressed prior to release. Overall, it has been a significant hassle, especially considering the investment of over $20K in this trailer. When I have reached out regarding these concerns, I have been told to contact the manufacturer directly rather than receiving support or assistance in coordinating a resolution. I expected the dealer to stand behind the product they sell and help facilitate communication and resolution, especially for safety and functionality concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. They should have done a full inspection prior to my pick up date, so a lot of these issues could have been fixed prior to. My advice- find a company who does everything under one roof. All this back and forth is WILD.
