The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful, but the overall experience fell short. The inside of the restaurant was unkept, with sticky floors, dead bugs on top of the trash cans, and even a rusty grate near the drink machine. Staffing also seemed to be an issue. While the woman who appeared to be the manager was friendly, the location didn’t feel well-run. The drive-thru line wasn’t unusually long, yet the wait time dragged on and the kitchen looked chaotic with some of the workers looking untrained and working extremely slow. Portion sizes were another disappointment. A $5.99 large fry came out looking more like a small, and I had to ask for more just to get what felt fair. They also don’t offer something as simple as a cup for water, which seems unreasonable. The food itself shows real potential, but with better cleanliness, smoother operations, and fairer portions, this could be a much stronger restaurant.
The best staff. Friendly, outgoing, helpful, and just outright kind people. Food was delicious. Restaurant was clean. And while eating inside the restaurant, I could hear how happy the customers are through the drive-through intercom. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I’d like to say thanks too Kamora and Maddie and Alicia.
I didn't see no commercials about a biscuit cookie. Employees spend more time texting while taking orders.
This store wasn't very kind for my dollar! They ran out of just about everything I like and I am a fan of this franchise! The service was horrible! I had to great and thank the cashier myself and I really hate bad customer service and to be honest "talking to the manager" is a joke! Hope they get better for the next customer because it's NOT likely i will spend another dollar at this store
Church’s is dang near extinct where I’m from so I use to get it when I can. When we relocated here, I was happy to be near one. This is probably the fastest and most consistent church’s I’ve experienced in a long time. In typical Church’s fashion, my order has not been 100% accurate at times. But the quality is up to par.
