Pizza was good. $15 for the trampolines is something that should be free. Many games are one shot wonders. My kids still love to go.
We visited Chuck E. Cheese on March 19, and this is hands down the best location in the Jacksonville area, we’ve been to all three, and this one ranks #1 by far. Even during a busy lunch rush with a full parking lot, everything was clean, organized, and running smoothly. The food was fresh and better than expected, and every game we tried was working perfectly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The team working the lunch rush deserves a round of applause, they handled the crowd incredibly well. The highlight was Chuck E. Cheese himself taking time to interact with every child and make them feel special. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed Chuck E. Cheese in Jacksonville with working games, good food, and great customer service, this is the one to visit. If you found this review helpful please hit the heart button.
Very disappointing experience. I placed my order at 8:22 PM, and by 9:05 PM I still had not received it. What was even more frustrating was that the restaurant was not particularly busy, and it appeared that my order had been completely overlooked since it had not even been prepared. I understand that delays can happen, but what really disappointed me was the customer service. After waiting more than 40 minutes, I politely asked how much longer it would take, and the response I received was not friendly or professional. When you work in customer service, communication and courtesy matter, especially when the delay is the restaurant’s responsibility. I was respectful and simply wanted an update on my order after a long wait. I hope management improves both the organization and the customer service. The issue was not only the wait time, but also how the situation was handled.
Me and my grandson went and we had a blast. You can buy a wrist band for about $8.00 a month and go every day and play for hours. It's well worth it.
We had such a great experience at this Chuck E. Cheese location! The staff was friendly, everything was very clean, and there was a great variety of games and activities. Our daughter has ASD Level 2 and MRELD, and she felt comfortable, included, and had an amazing time especially in the Jump Zone and Ninja Run. She didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back.
