  Christine is an incredible real estate agent and I cannot say enough good things about working with her. My husband and I used Christine for both buying our new home and selling our previous one. We actually found her by chance. We were touring homes without a realtor and she happened to be the listing agent for a house we loved. We asked her to help us submit an offer, which was accepted, and then chose to work with her to sell our current home as well. Christine was fantastic on both sides of the process. She is always available and extremely responsive. Anytime we had questions or wanted to talk something through she was happy to jump on a phone call or Zoom and walk us through it. As buyers, she supported us every step of the way from submitting a competitive offer through closing. She helped us understand each stage, from inspections to next steps, and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. At closing, she even surprised us with thoughtful gifts tailored to our family and our new home, which really showed how much effort she puts into her clients. As sellers, Christine truly goes above and beyond. She helped us focus on the home updates that would make the biggest impact before listing and gave clear, constructive feedback without making the process feel overwhelming. Her advice led to a lot of interest in our home. She also uses every available tool to market your property, from social media to Zillow Showcase. When offers came in, she helped us evaluate each one and even created a spreadsheet comparing all the key details so we could easily review them. She explained everything clearly and never pressured us while still providing incredibly valuable guidance. Our home received eight offers in just four days. Even after our first buyer backed out, Christine helped us quickly regroup and secure another strong offer, and we still sold for over asking. Throughout the process, she and her team kept us updated every step of the way, and we never once felt out of the loop.
