1st visit and I'll be going back. Had a nice quick chatted with fellow working front. Trying to choose what to order. He was helpful. Found out this is family owned and operated for 20 years now. Got the Singapore chow fun, Seafood soup, pork wanton, and hot and sour soup. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The older woman working the counter was extremely rude to me from the moment I walked in. When she handed me my order, she threw the sauce into my bag instead of simply placing it inside, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I watched her interact with the customer before me, who was a white woman. She was smiling, friendly, and helpful with her, but her attitude toward me was completely different. Based on how differently I was treated, I left feeling like I was discriminated against because of my race. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect, regardless of who they are. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so no one else has to leave feeling the way I did.

The worse Chinese food I've had to date in Jacksonville. I ordered the General Tso dinner and it was horrible. They use frozen pre -breaded chicken nuggets then stir fry in their General Tso sauce; however, my chicken tasted like it had been twice cooked, as it was hard, tasteless and dry (and the chicken nuggets had very little sauce or it had been absorbed by the heavy breading). The fried rice that accompanied the dish was wet and had very little vegetables and no eggs. I had seen this place for years but never went in...sorry I did tonight. The man and the woman that worked in the restaurant were arguing with each other, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. Restaurants that have less than a 4.5 review/rating will be avoided by me in the future. Avoid this place.
