This is a very good Buffet restaurant. Excellent fresh salad bar, several bars of various special entree dishes, and a dessert bar that is awesome. We eat here every time we come to Jacksonville and it's always very good! Great value for the money.
While the restaurant it's self is beautiful, the staff and food is not good. The staff sat here talking poorly right in front of me and my family thinking we couldn't understand. I have two small children and I tried my best to keep my kids from making a mess and they kept making comments on it. Mind you they are 1 and 2 years old. They made comments about everything we did. They even made comments about some of the black customers in the restaurant. We didn't tip when we left and they literally cussed us out while we were walking out with a smile on their faces. These people working here have no concept of actual customer service. I'm sure if we didn't go here they would've continued making these comments about people without anyone knowing. Update: They added a tip to our bill that zeroed out our card when we didn't give them a tip. We didn't tip due to our experience being so badly. Which means they wrote down our card number and spent quite a bit of time typing in the card information MULTIPLE times in order to do this. We can't afford diapers now because of this.
this restaurant is horrible. the sushi had no labels and my brother almost ate shrimp and he's allergic to it, and also my boyfriend was complaining that he didn't feel good afterwards and threw up all the food as soon as we got in the parking lot. this is the second time we've came to this restaurant and it made us throw up each time. i went back in to tell them we wanted a refund but they kept telling us no and that we needed a doctors note. don't ever eat here they need to go out of business
The one is for the water I guess because the customer service was wack, the whole time I felt like I was being watched they walked around and looked at our plates after we went up to eat and then when I was getting something from the bar two of the ladies was standing by me talking about me I know because Siri translate. When it was time to go I asked about prices as I didn’t see it posted and when I paid the lady was looking for a tip when she was very rude to us. So no tip she threw the receipt at me like really. Never will I ever go there
It was very disturbing that on Saturday May 30th between 4:05pm-4:35pm the male employee working behind the sushi bar felt the need to take a toothpick and dig in his mouth while customers are in the seating area eating thier dinner. Then turns and spits in a bucket after he's done digging in his mouth..while customers are there and can see that... its unprofessional and very disturbing to day the least. This should not happen and why is he even allowed to have a bucket there available for him to spit in before he makes customers sushi on the bar.... Not good, do better managing of your employees
