Not a safe or honest place. This daycare is a nightmare, constantly violating their own policy’s but put on a good show when they get inspected. My son was forced to wear a skirt (he can’t dress himself), while they were reading a book to him and another little boy. I asked the director about the matter she stated they don’t facilitate cross dressing amongst the age groups at the daycare and that I have nothing to worry about I then told her I witnessed my son in a skirt sitting down while they read him a book and I don’t appreciate them corrupting him and she responded we don’t label it cross dressing but suggested I speak to his classroom lead so it doesn’t happen again, his teacher lead then disregards my concerns for cross dressing my son stating that they only wear other clothing items during “theatre play” and that it’s completely normal. Regardless of what activity they are doing in class I asked that my son not be cross dressed and also made her aware that they were reading to him while he was wearing the skirt. There wasn’t any justification for my son being cross dressed. She then pretended to be dumbfounded and said “oh I don’t know what they do in other classrooms but I know in this classroom the boys have put on skirts, it’s part of their development”. In addition to the multiple injuries that occurred at the daycare that they’ve either deny or fail to tell you even when it meets their reporting requirements/“we care report”. They have the boys and girls use the bathroom area at the same time when in another classroom I was informed only the same gender could be in the toilet area at the same time. Their camera footage should be randomly reviewed periodically without notice to help them maintain integrity, keep the children safe. Lee Papa (one of the directors) is great at not accepting responsibility, not following procedures, not receptive towards genuine safety concerns of our children and does her best to deflect/hide their negligence. The staff leadership are cohesive in trying to hide when they are negligent. Please utilize a different daycare if you have that opportunity. Don’t be fooled by their fake happy go lucky greeting at the entrance check in desk.
