Had our daughters 5th birthday here. The property, view, and building are excellent, and for the price you will be hard pressed to find a venue that compares much less beats. It’s a huge property with tons of parking and outdoor space. The interior of the building also has a good set up for events and entertaining. Highly recommended. Also the man that we met with the first time I believe his name was Mr. Bryan, was friendly and professional. He gave us all the information about the property and what it had to offer. Even checked back with us at the end of the event to make sure everything went good. If you are looking for a event space for weddings, family reunions, parties etc look no further.
Great indoor and outdoor space for groups too large to host at the house.
I called to get information about this venue and was rudely handled by someone who suggested I should find another location because I didn’t know which venue this was or where it was or if it was even appropriate. But I got my rejection text before any of that was even discussed. So unnecessary. Got another venue no worries. No problemo.
Ive been going to Chem Cell for 35 years for reunions, weddings, etc. Beautiful oaks on the Amelia River. Great spot to watch sunset too. Consistent with upkeep over the years. Facility is somewhat dated but adds to character.
Beautiful view of the river. Great facility for any event with an indoor and outdoor covered area.
