Charles & George's Car Wash

I wishing they had a zero star option. My wife took our car in for a wash today and they locked the keys in the car. She had to wait an hour for them to get a locksmith to unlock the doors. No apologies, and they pointed out they wouldn’t refund the $56 for the wash because “we paid for the locksmith”. As if that wasn’t bad enough, please review the attached pictures. They didn’t even clean the vehicle. The manager/owner was completely unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere, this place is awful.

For the money that’s paid at this car wash. It should be better when I wash my own car. I do a better than these people here there’s still handprint on my window on the inside. The outside of my window still looks dirty. It’s not worth it.

I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews lately for this place. I’ve been using C&G car washes for many years and they’ve always done a good job. This time I got the works, which was $45. This is the actually the 2nd time I’ve been in a month. First my wife’s RAV4 Hybrid, now my Corolla Hybrid. Both times, I felt like it was worth the price u paid. The employees did a great job cleaning it once it went through the wash. I hope they are getting paid well because they are working very hard. I am very happy with the service. Both times our cars look like new again!

Excellent service and very good job only cleaning my truck only issue was the cleanliness of interior of windshield left a few smug marks on lower part of windshield but to be honest who now days know how to clean interior windows. All in all though really good job. I got the full interior/exterior clean. Was very impressed on the exterior clean and the interior with the exception of the windshield was great. Little pricey for that package but was overall satisfied.
