I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Arnold is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on before starting treatment. I always feel confident that I’m in great hands. The entire office team is just as wonderful… Friendly, welcoming, and organized. They make every visit easy and pleasant from check in to check out. Highly recommend!
First time ever going to a chiropractor and had a wonderful experience with Dr. G. Super friendly and informative. Not only gave me relief at the appointment but things to work on at home and at the gym to strengthen the muscles contributing to my pain. MaryAnne at the front was so friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to continuing my care here.
Mike is hands down the best chiro in town. Professional, courteous, and just really good at his job. Left feeling normal for the first time in months!
Dr. Garrett gives you individualized chiropractic treatment and is sensitive to your individual needs. I have seen multiple chiropractors and it is rare for me to keep coming back but Dr. Garrett does such a great, thorough, and dynamic job and he does it with a smile on his face. The office is clean and modern, located close to highway 202 and The Mayo Clinic. Highly recommend Dr. Garrett :)
I discovered dry needling at Chanatry. Which is a very targeted approach to mitigating pain in a severe cervical stenosis situation. Dr. Arnold carefully inserts very thin needles based on where you are feeling pain to disrupt the pain cycle, force reconstructive tissue repair, and broadcast neural pain channels with variable electrical pulsing that exercise muscular/skeletal and neural pain areas to mitigate these pain broadcast issues thus eliminating a need for broad spectrum pain drugs that fool your immune system to create mote inflamation throughout your body and not just your areas of concern. I walk in saying, "it hurts here, here and there when I do this that and this and also feel pain here there and there when I do nothing" He feels those areas looking for nerve bundles and typical hot spots and structures to go right to the point of my issue. Hooks me up to an an electronic pulse machine, dials it up to a point we agree seems to immediately work the right anatomy and the right degree of pulsing that I can comfortably endure and suggests how long we should do it. When done I walk out with mild discomfort in the insert areas but typically less greater pain in the targeted areas and in an hour or two a whole bunch better from the needling and days of pain relief supporting increased utility and activity of my body without pain. If your not getting relief with NSAID pain pills and or Physical Training seems like and endless break/fix process. Consider dry needling and Chanatry. Insurance companies if your not covering dry needling as options for care, change your behavior and increase coverage. This will save you costs because it works and alleviates the need for more expensive pain mitigation strategies.
