Joe was so polite and so dedicated to us today. He was a joy to have working here installing our non-°electric water softener. He is a hard worker and very knowledgeable about plumbing itself We had a mess of pipes from old systems that we did not install and he was able to determine what we could get rid of. He installed the new unit and salt tank in a very accessible place and made sure all faucets had running water with no issues. We really love the work he did for us with no negativity and we rewarded him with wonderful watermelon and all he could drink. We are very happy with the sales info from Abraham and the installation of our softener unit from Joe today.
Ronnie was the technician that worked on my water softener issues. He was very professional and extremely efficient and explained everything he was doing and the cause of the issue. I could tell he is very knowledgeable and good at his craft. It was a pleasure. Thank you, Ronnie for such good service.

Great customer care and attention to detail. Abraham came for the initial visit, let us know our options, and walked us through the next steps. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive at all in trying to sell us a water softener. He came back a week after the install to make sure everything was running smoothly and was meeting our expectations . He also gave me an estimate for a new water heater. We’ll definitely be going with CGC again. Highly recommend.
