Nice pool, bit small given the size of the community. But well maintained which is extremely important. Must be a resident, which is a plus since we just moved into Celestina. I mean, its a neighborhood pool... its refreshing and nice place to relax.
The property manager and board president of this community are completely against veterans. The purposely called the police and made up lies to get a guy with a sign saying God Bless the Homeless vets to be trespassed from a public sidewalk. Even stated concern in 911 call that he was a threat to elementary children. Lied and said he was knocking on windows on homes. This is disgusting behavior So just know who you are doing business with before you buy here.
Lovely neighborhood. I just prefer having a lot of options to choose from. Plus, I don't like the fact that you have to build in their highest collection of homes in order to have a tub in the master bathroom. They do not even offer one as in option. There are not enough floor plans to choose from which is too cookie cutter for me.
Clean , organized, good ventilation, will be better if equipped with water funtain filter indicator
I love the Jackson Home. The down stairs master is great. If I could put the master upstairs just the way it is this would be a perfect home.
