First time here and let me say, the food is fire! I’m from Vegas (no cava there) and so coming in was intimidating! Employees were busy as ever, yet Jay and Mariane took their time to explain to me what they liked and I ended up trying their recommendation! Excellent food, excellent employees, and excellent environment. I’m definitely a fan of cava and will be back!
I had a great experience at CAVA! The food was delicious, especially the spicy chicken—it was so good! Brittney and the entire staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Great food and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back! 🤎
Exceptional service, amazing!!! Alejandro had a static personality that made my checkout experience feel complete. I choose to come to this Cava because the customer service is out of this roof. Amazing workers, and ordinance. Thank you Alejandro for the never forgetting experience! The food is very fresh and has amazing flavor!
I had an amazing experience working with Andre. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He made the entire process simple and stress-free while making sure I understood all of my options. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend Andre to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and dedicated to helping people. Thank you for such a great experience!
I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Sydney and Joe! From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. They made sure everything was right with my order and created a genuinely positive atmosphere. It’s not every day you come across service that makes you want to come back, but they definitely did that. Thank you both for making my visit such an enjoyable one. I highly recommend this location!
