Stopped by CAVA for dinner tonight and had a great experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from Hannah (sp), Ms. Jackie, and Timora. They were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer had a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared perfectly and that I left satisfied. It's rare to come across a team that cares this much about customer service, and it definitely made a lasting impression. CAVA is lucky to have employees like Hannah, Ms. Jackie, and Timora representing the brand. I'll definitely be back!
Amazing experience at CAVA! Hannah, Elle, and the entire crew were friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. The food was fresh, delicious, and made with care. I’ll definitely be back!
I will be going back. Other than feeling a tad rushed when ordering this was a perfect lunch. The honey chicken was juicy and delicious. Diet and vegan friendly options without loosing bold flavor. Cava provided a much needed switch up. Everything was fresh and clean. I will absolutely be going back.
Tried the new Salmon and was very pleased with how light and flavorful it was. Riverside Cava consistently has the nicest staff and fastest service. Cant recommend this place enough.
The manager on duty Nadirah was amazing. Our order hadn’t come through in the app and I had to reorder while being stuck with kids in the rain. Our reorder was quickly prepared, and handled with the utmost urgency. And everything was correct! The best visit I’ve had.
