I had an amazing experience at CAVA and wanted to give a shoutout to Jose, Tessa, and Jason for the outstanding service! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every ingredient tasted high quality, and the whole meal exceeded my expectations. Between the incredible customer service and the amazing food, CAVA has officially become one of my new favorite places to eat. Thank you, Jose, Tessa, and Jason, for making my visit such a great one. I'll definitely be back soon! 👏🥗😊
The few times I’ve been here, I always feel like my food is unnecessarily cold. The pita chips and the blondie are great, though. I’m annoyed the closed down Zoe’s for this raggedy place.
Had an amazing experience here! Food was delicious, Super helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, and just genuinely good people. Shoutout to Chris, Audrey, and Caleb for making it such a great visit. Been a fan of CAVA for a while but definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. 100% coming back.
I went to try out this location and Chris and Jacob were so sweet to me when I came in. They help walked me through the toppings because it’s been years since I’ve had cava. They were understanding when I asked for something I was allergic to because of my own ignorance of tahini sauce. Remade my whole order and made me feel reassured. 10/10 recommend on top of bomb food for later in the night.
They had amazing customer service and were very quick to get my food ready for me. Even after having an unpleasant interaction with a prior customer who proceeded to leave a 1 star review, they were very nice to me. They were kind, professional, efficient, patient, and took the time to participate in a little small talk with me instead of rushing me out. I highly recommend coming here, they have great customer service. I don’t know what the other lady was talking about when she gave them a 1 star review.
