I cannot say enough great things about Catrice. She was truly a blessing during a very emotional and complex time as we worked through selling my father’s home during probate. From start to finish, She handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and incredible attention to detail. Navigating the probate process can be overwhelming, but Catrice Jones made it feel manageable. She kept us informed every step of the way, worked closely with the attorneys and court requirements, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and timely sale. The marketing of the home was outstanding — from photos and listing presentation to open houses and negotiations, everything was top-tier. We were very pleased with the final sale price and the seamless closing process. If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend Catrice. She truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

Working with Catrice was a very easy process! She was very knowledgeable of the area and her craft as a realtor. Another thing my wife and I loved about Catrice was her attention to detail! She ensured that every concern was addressed and explained to the tee. If there was ever anything in question, she quickly obtained the information and followed up! My wife and I thank God for sending Catrice to us during such a crucial decision making point in our life!
She was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying journey. Her communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring. She always made sure our questions were answered no matter the time. There were moments I felt overwhelmed and wanted to give up, but she was truly a shoulder to lean on and kept me encouraged every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her patience, support, and dedication. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
Catrice is the absolute best realtor. Our initial first talk was amazing after explaining what information was provided and how i felt doubt and after explaining what I wanted and needed she mastered the task. Catrice spoke with me weekly and assured me if any questions i have just ask amd if she did not know, she would find the answers. Catrice kept me calm during my process when it came to finances and negotiate what I wanted or did not want with the sellers. During the home walk through she was right by side. Catrice is amazing person and I'm thankful for her being apart of my life and home process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Catrice is now part of family. She is more than a realtor!!!
