Absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Castelli is very knowledgeable of the body, nerves and what to do to help his patients get better. He is also very affordable. Everyone in this clinic is caring and so nice. I can't wait to go back for my readjustment!

She goes above and beyond to make sure to not only focus on your problem areas she feeds you with information to improve at home. Dr. Castelli is always professional with great listening skills. He hears your complaints of pain and problem areas and then addresses them each to the fullest ability. If I could give 10 stars I would because five just doesn’t feel like enough for Dr. Castelli and his incredible team. After going through a traumatic accident I came in with pain, stiffness, and a lot of uncertainty about my recovery. From day one Dr. Castelli has been phenomenal. His hands on physical therapy is not just effective, it’s exemplary and you can feel his genuine care in every session. The deep tissue massages, advanced rehab techniques, and supportive environment have made a world of difference in my healing. Even the little things matter here like the fresh mountain spring water in the waiting room seriously the best and the fact that they use the most advanced, clean, top quality equipment for treatment. Every visit feels like I’m being truly taken care of, not just treated. This isn’t just a clinic, it’s a place where real healing happens and I’m beyond grateful.
