Casa Marina Hotel and Restaurant

I gave this hotel 4 stars because of the service and location. Let me start out by saying this hotel is cozy, full of historical charm and has a little gateway to the beach. I booked a suite with a view. The tv's didn't work, the phone didn't work, the smoke alarm went off randomly at 5am and the refrigerator wouldn't get cold. My stay was 3 nights and 4 days. I was offered a downgrade to another room but that would have defeated the purpose of having an oceanfront view. The staff was super sweet, accommodating and offered a small credit for the issues during my stay however, I will not be staying again. Best of luck to you Casa Marina Hotel!

Very nice roomy rooms with some history too! Tastefully decorated. I am totally impressed. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices.

OMG!!!! I absolutely LOVE this hotel!!! Me and my husband have stayed here for at least 3x this year and always had a WONDERFUL experience! Everything was just good and beautiful 😍!!! Thank you to Diane who runs the front desk in the morning!!! You are always so polite and give such a welcoming and warming glow!🌟 WE WILL BE BACK, OF COURSE! OUR "HOME AWAY FROM HOME 🏠😍 THANK YOU!!

Went for brunch at the penthouse. Had trouble finding the entrance. Once found, the front desk lady acted as if that never happens but was friendly. Had to ask for the table to be wiped from the previous night's patrons. Had to wipe the crumbs off the bench myself. Bloody Mary was good. Food took about an hour to get to me. Potatoes were cold, like they were plated 20 minutes prior to the burrito, which was hot. The entire establishment has so much potential but they are obviously running it on a shoe string budget. Staff are friendly but need training. My advice, invest in training the friendly staff and quality check the food. Example of what to improve simply: when I got off the elevator, was immediately greeted by an open, messy supply closet. Train the staff that this must be closed at all times. You have an amazing building and location now make it better.
