Carroll Autowerks

I recently had some mechanical problems with my Cadillac SRX. I asked trusted friends and neighbors for references and was offered Scott Carroll of Carroll Autowerks. Scott was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. His shop did an amazing job getting the repairs done for me. I highly recommend them. New location and the shop is clean. There’s nothing better than an honest partner in business. Highly recommended.

This was definitely the best find for me! The owner, Scott, couldn't be anymore customer-focused and friendly. Carroll Autowerks was referred to me by a family member and I've had 2 issues with my car and Scott was available, literally, on the same day each time to address my problems. He was fast, efficient and without question offered the best price for what I needed. He offers superior service (quality, price, timeliness) at a fraction of what you would pay to any dealer or any other service provided that I've experienced. I had one incident where my dealer was going to charge me over $700 for an issue and Scott repaired it for under $100. That's the difference when dealing with a responsible business owner vs. large, corporate-run dealership. I highly recommend Scott and Carroll Autowerks.

Excellent, talented crew. We are in the same plaza with them and today we had an emergency repair that another mechanic was not skilled enough to repair. They took care of and we are very happy. I've also heard how pleased their other customers have been also. -Tom, Amazing Floors Florida llc-
